EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES


The employer must:

 

  1. sign a contract with a healthcare facility that will provide Occupational Health Service - OHS for his employees
  2. ensure his employees' occupational health and safety
  3. create and protect work conditions for a healthy lifestyle and work environment
  4. prevent employees from being given work for which their health is not suited
  5. ensure healthcare for special groups of employees (night work, minors)
  6. ensure First Aid measures and facilities are in place.
