SUBSTITUTE FULFILMENT
Substitute fulfilment is an expedient way to meet employer obligations.
Every employer with over 25 employees must by law employ 4 % of employees with a handicap - called a mandatory share.
An employer may fulfil this obligation in three ways:
1. employ an OZP - a handicapped individual
2. pay a fee of 2.5 times the average wage into the state budget for each OZP not employed
3. substitute fulfilment - purchase goods or services from a company employing over 50 % OZP
In light of the fact that SALUBRA servis s.r.o. employs over 50 % OZP - handicapped individuals, its products may be provided as substitute fulfilment.
SALUBRA servis s.r.o. provides its customers the opportunity to take advantage of substitute fulfilment pursuant to Act No. 435/*2004, on employment, amended by new legislation that came into effect on 1 January 2012, which the act implements, through the purchase of services from SALUBRA servis s.r.o..
